I know! Don't faint! I actually found a new recipe that uses the grill and isn't overly complicated. We'll be giving it a try tonight, paired with salad with our first harvest of lettuce from our garden. YUM!
We'll be trying Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu Portobello Stacks (quite the mouthful of a name, isn't it?). It looks simple enough to make and sounds really yummy.
And in other news - yes, we are still waiting for New Bean to make an appearance. One reason I've been avoiding blogging is because I've been a Miss Pissy Pants the past few weeks and don't want to spew forth on my readers. I'm attempting to not spew on my husband as well, but I can't say he's been as lucky as blogland.
We've also been up to our ears in strawberries. More about that another time.
Enjoy your kitchens!

Holy cow, I thought for sure this would be the "Baby is here" post. I remember trying to make ravioli by hand the week before my Big Bud was born. That was six years ago and I still haven't found out where my husband hid the pasta maker after my ummm...slight breakdown.
Take care and get lots and lots of rest now!
Smiles,
Lisa
