Update #1 of many (I’m sure).
I calculated an average of just over 23 miles per week to stay on track if I want to complete the full 300 miles.
Week 1: 10/1-10/7 I completed 10 whole miles – entirely on foot. Awesome, yes? Hardly.
BUT, over the weekend, I got in 14 miles (on bike). I think I’ve managed to get on track – and if the weather holds, I may even be able to sneak in some extra mileage as well.
I’m having more fun doing this than I should be, I think. ;-)
