Tomorrow night, T will be making Creamy Basil Chicken. It's a slow cooker recipe. Our slow cooker has been neglected a bit this winter, so we'll get a bit of use out of it before summer (otherwise known as grilling season - and a slow down in new recipes because it will be too hot to cook in the house!).
Wednesday night, I'm making Beef Carbonnade. I'm going this route because all I'll need to buy to make it is the beer. I'm being cruel to myself by putting some in the fridge!
I have no idea where I got my recipe for Friday. It's for Spinach Pizza. All it involves is using Alfredo sauce (I'm buying jarred to save myself some time) instead of pizza sauce and adding fresh spinach to the top. I'll be adding mushrooms because we love mushrooms.
We have some big changes coming in our house in the coming weeks, so stay tuned!

Oh my Oh my, creamy chicken, BASIL, asparagus, Parm cheese...this recipe goes right to the heart...sounds like I'd really enjoy this...will have try it on the weekend!
